Team Akamai - Street Team
What is Team Akamai?
The Team Akamai Street Team is a group of individuals who help promote Akamai
Brain Collective ("ABC") at various events such as concerts,
showcases, festivals, and many other "ABC" related events. Aside
from performing various tasks, (See Street Team Duties) the members of the
Team Akamai learn how to work as a team, gain knowledge and experience of how
the music industry functions, and most importantly have fun at the same time.
Street Team Duties
Team Akamai members are asked to perform various tasks requested by the Street
Team Coordinator and/or the members of "ABC" themselves. Some of these
tasks include:
-promoting Akamai Brain Collective through "word of mouth"
-distribution of fliers during and outside of events
-selling Akamai Brain Collective merchandise (i.e. CDs)
-informing others about the mailing list, website, etc.
Recruiting Information
We are constantly recruiting Team Akamai members from all over the world.
There is no pay involved and a few minimal requirements apply. Below are some
general requirements to become a Team Akamai member.
-at least 13 years of age
-able to participate in or attend 75% of Street Team events in your area
-access to reliable transportation
-access to the Internet and an active email account
-oral communications skills
-able to perform multiple tasks
-be diligent, motivated, outgoing, and love music
-most importantly, love Akamai Brain Collective's music
